APHCRI Centre of Research Excellence in Primary Health Care Microsystems
The Improvement Foundation is a valued partner organisation of the APHCRI Centre of Research Excellence in Primary Health Care Microsystems. Key goals include collaboration and engagement with priority groups in developing and conducting innovative, high quality and multidisciplinary primary health care research.
E-Guidelines in General Practice Coalition and Data Expert Group
The purpose of the e-Guidelines in General Practice Coalition, which is convened by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, is to identify and implement strategies to increase uptake of e-guidelines by users in general practice. It also aims to provide greater guidance to agencies producing guidelines, clinical software developers and vendors who are considering guidelines inclusion in software.
Secondary Prevention Alliance
The Secondary Prevention Alliance is made up of a broad group of national healthcare, consumer, government and non-government organisations to provide a credible and powerful voice to advocate for change, including the delivery of key messages and solutions on improving secondary preventive care for all Australians.
