We’re working collaboratively with Adelaide PHN to deliver a tailored Practice Support and Improvement Program. The Program will provide their general practices with the tools and techniques they need to implement and embed quality improvement in their practice. As part of this Practice Support and Improvement Program, participants, will be provided with the following services:
- Assistance and training to meet the new Digital Health Incentive requirements.
- Access to our secure web portal qiConnect to submit data and monitor progress.
- Accreditation Manager – our online portal where accreditation tasks, clinical evidence, documentation and relevant clinical data can be stored and organised with workflows and reminders.
